We took advantage of some cooler weather and went outside this week--a very pleasant day--Jack has the Backyard all put together--even new sand in the sandbox-This was Krue's first ever time to play in the sand--He really liked it!! The first thing he did was eat some sand--oh, brother!
In reality--He is not quite as big as Bright--but he's closing the gap fast!!

Bright found "BEES!" trying to set up housekeeping on the top of her slide.--Thankfully they didn't find her first--Daddy (Jack) has since sent them to bee heaven along with some spiders.

oooh, I really miss my kids being this little...Annie and Emma had the same sandbox. Happy memories>)
We used to hide in the Downes sandbox during hide and seek. It was the greatest spot, except the spiders and bugs that you would find in there. heh.

Hmmm. The Taylor kiddies had a sand box when we added a new septic and when we re-did our lawn. Each time a HUGE pile of "sand/dirt" was dumped in the backyard. Forts were built, hide and seek happened-fun-ness all around.
Peipon miniatures also had this sandbox...
They preferred digging to China...
